    The subscription plan has a minimun period of 6 months, since we are absorbing a large part of the initial cost of setting up ypur website, SEO, etc., at the beginning. The plan is a month-to-month subscription from the launch stage. You can use our services for as long as you want until you cancel it through written notification 15 days prior to the wished end date. You can request your website content to be exported and delivered to you, but all the functionality performed by our web management system will stop working, as well as the hosting and other services associated with the web work.

     

    * The monthly plan is charged at the beginning of each month. It starts once your site is ready to be published or 30 days after the initial set-up payment, whatever happens first.


    ** The included hours per month are not roll-over hours.


    *** The unlimited plan applies for regular updates, not for things like the creation of a new version of the website, advanced programming, custom features, or eCommerce/SEO implementation. You submit a job or several jobs, we work on each one in the order they are placed. The time needed to complete each job will depend on the type of design, format, and complexity, starting at 2 business days for small things to up to 5-6 business days for the creation of new internal pages and other complex designs. Unlimited revisions are also included. Once a job is approved, we deliver, and start with the next job on the list.
